This lighthouse was built in response to complaints that the Kvistøy lighthouse was too far east to provide an effective landfall light for Stavanger. It is located at the end of the mole at Syrevågen, about 2 km west of Skudeneshavn. ARLHS # NOR-016 (B 3514) [126500]
