| IT 33 Vada (Torre del Faro di Vada)
Built in 1279, this tower served both defensive and navigational purposes. It's history as a lighthouse is poorly known, but a modern light was installed on the tower in 1867. Located in Vada, a town about 25 km south of Livorno. No photo available
