This is in the heart of Newport harbor (that's the Newport to Jamestown bridge in the background). There is a very active preservation society here and you can rent the lighthouse by the week which makes you a keeper (and they make you work for your title as well. We're told there's a 3 year waiting list for reservations ferry ARLHS # USA-703 (J 0543)
